Shipping policy

Vajra Tactical Concepts ship internationally trough Indonesian Postal Services, this is currently the only viable option for reasonable shipping fee where we mainly uses their R-LN (Regular) and EMS Services in which would be managed by customer's in country national postal services (i.e USPS for US costumers- carrier may vary from country to country),Please allow extra time for delivery as a result of this limitation. however if customer wish to have their order shipped with another services, we also will work with your preferred freight forwarder to get a shipment to you.

in-stock orders are generally processed in 3-10 business days while pre-order items or custom made items are made within estimated turnaround time, lead times may run longer than anticipated. 


As actual shipping charges frequently are updated by the carrier from the initial online estimates, we reserve the right to charge for any additional shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and for any duties and taxes.

Purchaser must acknowledges that an accurate shipping address is their responsibility and have confirmed with Google maps that their address is accurate.
our responsibility for purchaser's order and parcel ends once in a common carrier's possession or when the packcage has departed the country, any mistakes or mishap happens on the carrier ends are out of Vajra Tactical Concepts 's responsibility.
