Refund policy

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, should there any damage or missing/wrong item you should make note of it within 1-2 days of delivery. 
Except for any products designated as final sale or non-returnable, we will accept a return /refund of your purchase/ price provided such return is made within 14 days of delivery and provided such products are returned in their new, unused condition with original tags still attached.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return/refund complaint, you can contact us at our facebook page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, the decision to return or refund said item would depends on the item's condition.

 


Exceptions / non-returnable/ refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned/refunded, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please double-check the item you ordered on check out. once we've shipped the item (within 72 hour window), any mistake made on purchaser's behalf (i.e wrong item color) are not eligible for exchange/return.

Purchaser must acknowledges that an accurate shipping address is their responsibility and have confirmed with Google maps that their address is accurate. our responsibility for purchaser's order and parcel ends once in a common carrier's possession or when the packcage has departed the country, any mistakes or mishap happens on the carrier ends are out of Vajra Tactical Concepts 's responsibility, thus are not eligible for refunds.




Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your complaint, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
