We ship internationally trough Indonesian Postal Services, this is currently the only viable option for reasonable shipping fee where we mainly uses their R-LN (Reguler) and EMS Services in which would be managed by customer's in country national postal services (i.e USPS for US costumers),Please allow extra time for delivery as a result of this limitation. however if customer wish to have their order shipped with another services, we also will work with your preferred freight forwarder to get a shipment to you.
in-stock orders are generally processed in 3-10 business days while pre-order items or custom made items are made within estimated turnaround time.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and for any duties and taxes. We are not able to process credit cards issued through foreign banks as our main overseas payment are only thru paypal.
As actual shipping charges frequently are updated by the carrier from the initial online estimates, we reserve the right to charge for any additional shipping costs.
