As of now (30/12/20) we are having great difficulties with shipping starting in late November. This holiday season overload is making the problem even harder to handle. We have many packages without tracking number provided to us and many other packages returned, and we are working our best to solve these problems.

We have decided that we will not ship any order until have certainty of our missing packages from the post service. This is done to prevent having any more packages lost without clear status. If you have placed an order, will will pack and prepare it for shipping immediately but will not ship it until the situation is solved.
